In addition to existing support features that were always available to Outfit users, including general Help Documentation and chat support, we are proud to introduce the addition of the Outfit Training Area.
The Training Area is an additional option for accounts with multiple teams and users with the desire to automate much of the initial training involved with setting up new users on the platform due to growing teams or staff turnover.
The Training Area is housed within the support area, found by clicking the red ? found in the bottom right hand corner of the screen at any time in the Outfit platform.
This section can be used for written, image-based or video tutorials. They can also be made accessible and editable by users of different levels of access. This means, those users with experience and confidence using Outfit can also add value to your account by providing useful support content and tips to aid their peers.
